I had the pleasure of learning about Yoplait Greek yogurt at The Daily Front Row Style Lounge during Fashion Week. Yoplait hosted an awesome table where you could pop open a yogurt, pick your mix-ins and have a snack that’s packed with protein.

Greek Yogurt Tip #1: Replace sour cream with Greek yogurt
|I know it might sound weird, but I’m not suggesting Key Lime for your veggie chili. Original, plain Greek yogurt honestly tastes like sour cream, and a dollop will give you a dose of solid protein.
In this picture, I’m showing a spicy veggie chili from Chelsea Market, with a couple spoonfuls of plain Greek yogurt, and a sprinkle of cheese. If I had chives, I would have added those. Yum.
